Design Development
Design development translates an idea into information that can be reviewed. A buyer may supply sketches, reference images, CAD files, an existing sample or a collection brief. The discussion should identify intended proportions, dimensions, construction, stone layout, movement, logo placement, wearing comfort and retail positioning. Visual references help explain direction, while a controlled drawing or specification records the current decision.
PSOne can discuss original design development, modifications to an existing direction and private label presentation. Ownership, permitted use and confidentiality expectations should be confirmed for each custom project. No design is treated as production-ready until the necessary technical and commercial questions have been addressed.
Sample Creation
A sample should have a defined purpose. It may test scale, construction, stone setting, finish, branding, packaging fit or a combination of these elements. The sample version, open questions and review owner should be recorded before feedback is sent. Marked photographs and concise change lists reduce ambiguity and help distinguish required corrections from optional preferences.
Sample availability, cost and timing depend on the product requirements. A sample is evidence for the questions it was designed to answer; it is not automatically proof of every later production condition. Final order terms remain subject to the approved specification and quotation.
Material Selection
Material selection affects appearance, durability, care guidance, compliance documentation, weight and cost. Buyers should state the required base material, grade where relevant, plating or coating, stone type, component requirements and destination-market expectations. Informal descriptions such as “gold color” or “silver look” are not complete material specifications.
Availability and documentation are confirmed by project. When a material, finish or component has alternatives, the difference should be reviewed before substitution. Product descriptions and marketing claims should match what is finally approved and supported.
Production
Production is released from the approved reference, quantity breakdown and commercial terms. The relevant route may include model preparation, forming or casting, assembly, stone setting, polishing, plating, cleaning and finishing. The exact sequence depends on the category and construction. Capacity, MOQ and production timing therefore need to be confirmed for the actual item rather than assumed from a general website statement.
Changes requested after release can affect tooling, materials, work in progress, price and timing. A controlled revision process gives both parties a clear record of what changed and whether the order can proceed.
Quality Inspection
Inspection criteria should be product-specific and measurable where possible. Common review points include dimensions, component security, clasp or hinge function, stone setting, surface finish, color consistency, logo position, visible marks and packaging completeness. The approved sample, drawing or specification should identify the standard used for comparison.
Quality-focused manufacturing also requires a way to record nonconformities, make decisions and confirm corrections. PSOne uses careful product communication as the basis for this process and does not present unsupported certification or defect-rate claims.
Packaging
Packaging is available upon request and should be planned for protection, presentation, labeling and shipping efficiency. Options may include unbranded or customized cards, pouches, boxes, sleeves and outer-carton arrangements, subject to product requirements and confirmed terms. Logo artwork, colors, dimensions, barcode content and destination labeling need separate approval from the jewelry itself.
Shipping Support
International shipping support is available. The method, responsibility, documentation, insurance, customs information and delivery estimate depend on the order and destination. Shipping and production time are confirmed separately because they involve different conditions. PSOne does not publish an unverified universal delivery promise.
